The Search Consultancy is seeking a skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to manage large scale commercial projects across the South East region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our client's team and work on a wide range of projects, including Art & Leisure sites, Healthcare properties, and Hotels.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including procurement, tendering, budgeting, labour and material management, and project coordination.

You will work closely with our client's established team and be based predominantly in the Head Office in Chelmsford, with occasional travel required to assist on South coast developments.
