Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee project plans and forecast resource allocations and requirements.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and/or large-scale projects.
  • Communicate project progress, timelines, status, schedules, risks, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate meetings with large groups and drive the project team to accomplish stated goals and objectives.
  • Develop metrics and key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years project management experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Effective leadership and management skills.
  • Highly skilled in time management to allow involvement in a variety of projects and initiatives concurrently across multiple functional groups.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Oil and Gas industry experience.
  • Experience with other downstream Oil & Gas activities including terminal administration or additive operations.
