Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to achieve their full potential.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in estate agency, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and increasing market share.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
