As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward, working closely with our visionary CEO and CTO to shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finance Operations: Develop and execute our business model, exploring non-dilutive funding options and collaborating with accountants and investors on quarterly reporting requirements.
  • Business Operations: Ensure optimal laboratory and office space, streamlining vendor payments and identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Customer Success: Focus on delivering exceptional results for industry collaborators, leveraging business intelligence and equity research analyst capabilities.
  • People Operations: Partner with the founders to build and maintain a world-class team, strengthening team culture and leading employee onboarding, all-hands meetings, and feedback.
  • Collateral and Assets: Craft and disseminate communications highlighting our work and impact, managing Company LinkedIn and social media platforms.
  • Legal: Support commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal documentation, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Special Projects: Partner with founders on special initiatives to build the company for short and long-term success.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier investment banking, biotech equity research, or management consulting.
  • Ability to operate effectively with high degrees of ambiguity and uncertainty, and to execute tasks against tight timelines.
  • Educational background in STEM and computational drug discovery is a plus.
  • Growth mindset with a strong bias to building and resilient problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, highly reliable, and eager to invent and streamline current processes and practices.
