About the Role

As a Founder's Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our business and technology. You will work closely with our visionary CEO and CTO to drive innovation and growth, and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotech, life sciences, or a related field, and will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of our business and technology, including finance operations, business operations, customer success, people operations, and special projects.
  • Work closely with our CEO and CTO to drive innovation and growth, and to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement new initiatives and projects.
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving support to the team, including data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
