About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Services Coordinator to join our EMEA Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting F5 Professional Services (PS) Sales and Consulting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resource assignment, delivery, and revenue recognition of PS offerings.
  • Collaborate with F5 customers and internal teams regarding scheduling PS services and consulting projects across European countries.
  • Track, process, and forecast revenue for PS services and Consulting engagements.
  • Ensure Consulting Engagements and Installations are delivered to closure in Oracle and Professional Services Automation Tool (PSA).
  • Send follow-up Customer Satisfaction Surveys to customers once work is complete.
  • Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communications skills (writing, verbal communications,...).
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Aptitude for composing and analyzing financial data (a knack for numbers).
  • Patience and ability to explain processes/procedures in a manner understandable to customers and newer employees.
  • Understanding of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Experience and familiarity with Oracle preferred.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Prior working experience in an IT Professional Services or Consulting organization is a plus.
  • Experience in a role in a fast-paced sales/customer-focused environment required.
  • BA/BS Degree is a plus but not mandatory.
