Director of Credit Risk - Aviva Plc

This is a crucial role within our Credit Risk team, which supports the origination and monitoring of private debt assets for Aviva Investors Real Asset.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for targeting investments, structuring solutions, and providing written credit risk opinions on new private debt assets proposed for approval by the origination team to the Investment Committee.

You will also have the opportunity to attend internal and external client/stakeholder meetings and explain the risk drivers and mitigating strategies impacting our holdings.

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in analysing private corporate debt/structured finance debt in an asset management, financial institution or rating agency setting.

Strong knowledge of rating methodologies used by ECAIs and the ability to practically apply them across a range of investments is also essential.
