About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bebe. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the wider JoJo Maman Bebe team to achieve business objectives and support the company's B Corp values.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the store team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
