Key Responsibilities of a Retail Store Manager:

Leading and inspiring your team to uphold high standards and achieve results aligned with the business strategy Collaborating with your Cluster Manager to review performance metrics and establish key actions and priorities for store success, while keeping your team informed about performance at the store, cluster, and area levels Cultivating a sense of pride within the store to ensure that both colleague and customer facilities are maintained to a high standard, while adhering to safety and legal regulations Fostering a culture of learning, support, and recognition by identifying opportunities for personal development, product knowledge enhancement, and self-awareness to ensure all colleagues feel valued and welcomed Partnering with Head Office to leverage your understanding of the local market to maximize community engagement and opportunities

Desired Qualifications:

Recent experience in retail leadership (or a similar field) preferably in a dynamic environment, with a solid understanding of key performance indicators such as Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Transactions Per Customer (TPC) Proven ability to lead by example, actively engaging with your team on the sales floor Flexibility to support other locations in the area as needed Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Experience in facilitating employee training and development, motivating teams through an engaging approach rather than a directive one
