Job Overview: Our client is a leading company in Northern Ireland and an industry leader in pharmaceutical development. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our MST organization as the Head of Manufacturing Sciences and Technology. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and validation concepts and procedures in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead technology transfer from process development to commercial manufacturing.
  • Plan and execute MSAT functions with customer interaction.
  • Ensure robust, validated, and monitored manufacturing processes for commercial products.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree or PhD in Chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
