Opportunity Overview

CPL is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Science Director to lead our pharmaceutical development efforts. As the head of manufacturing sciences and technology, you will oversee process validation, technology transfer, GMP floor support, and continued process verification across five sites.

This role requires strong leadership and scientific mentorship skills to establish reliable and efficient production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including process development, manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, supply chain, and regulatory departments, to effectively transfer and maintain processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field, or at least 5+ years of relevant experience. They should also have 3+ years of continuous leadership experience, managing managers, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills to discuss technical concepts internally and with clients.
