Job Summary

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conducting extensive financial analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Collaborating with senior management to formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives.
  • Monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Managing the capital request and budgeting processes.
  • Developing and implementing financial KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing and developing a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a comparable sector.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
