Cinnamon Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Science and a minimum of 1 year of experience in product development or applications within the food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and expand sales of natural food ingredients to existing customers within the food and beverage sector in the UK.
  2. Identify and pursue business development opportunities at new and existing customers within beverage, dairy, bakery, and other food sectors.
  3. Support allocated customers with technical product selection across several applications.
  4. Develop and implement account and territory plans for your markets.

Requirements

  1. Proven capability to manage customers and prospects, develop and maintain strong relationships, and deliver high levels of service.
  2. Creative, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about food, its appearance, ingredients, and industrial processing.
  3. Full UK driving licence required.
  4. Desire and flexibility to travel both within the UK and overseas.
