We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced part-time Administrator who will play a key role in supporting our team at Smart Office Services. As an Administrator, you will provide secretarial and admin support to clients, including telephone answering and welcoming visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing secretarial and admin support to clients
  2. Liaising with clients and staff within the administration office
  3. Managing multiple email addresses and taking accurate messages

You will also be responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing post, making outgoing calls where necessary, and preparing and shipping products on behalf of our client.

What We're Looking For
  1. Written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to write accurately
  2. Confident telephone manner

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
