- Develop and implement effective care plans and strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient use of staff and budget.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Registration with a professional body.
- Relevant health or social care postgraduate professional qualification.
- Experience of working at senior nurse level (band 6 or equivalent) together with experience of managing staff.
- Clinical experience including experience of risk assessment, assessing patients and creating/implementing and evaluating care plans etc.
- Experience of staff supervision and supporting students.
