Job Description:

At Engine by Starling Bank, we're dedicated to empowering leading banks worldwide to build rapid growth businesses on our cutting-edge technology. As a Programme Delivery Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our delivery function, ensuring the successful implementation of the Engine platform for our clients.

This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a passion for technology and project management. You'll work closely with clients, systems integrators, and our engineering teams to understand client requirements and share your expertise in the Engine platform.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams, leading programme delivery teams, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to drive success. You'll be expected to have in-depth knowledge of banking and technology to support client needs and work closely with the Engine engineering teams to feedback feature requests and localisations.

What we're looking for:
• Around 5 or more years of experience in client-facing roles, consulting, or technology companies
• Experience in delivering complex programmes through all stages of the delivery lifecycle
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to rapidly understand client problems and present solutions in a structured and informative manner
