Medical Device Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Terumo BCT's technology platforms throughout the UK. This will involve working closely with our regional sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities, design solutions, and provide customer training and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business products & therapy applications, as well as experience in a similar role or related industry. A first degree in Life Sciences or Engineering is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support designated products throughout the UK
  • Follow-up after implementation to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless integration within sales priorities
  • Provide implementation support for evaluations, validations, clinical & marketing studies
  • Maintain high level of product knowledge to demonstrate systems to external customers
  • Input in development & implementing new customer training and implementation tools & processes
  • Build strong working relationship with internal/external customers and distributors
  • Ensure frequent communication and input to sales consultants and account managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Experience in a similar role or related industry
  • Knowledge of the medical device sector
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
