The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Guildford. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service, supporting our management team, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a tailored and personalized experience for each customer
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the brand and our products, including features, benefits, and styling advice
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain visual standards, ensuring the store environment is always clean, tidy, and visually appealing
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting the brand and its values to customers and colleagues alike

Requirements

  • A passion for luxury or premium products, with a keen eye for detail and a love for fashion
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to see things from the customer's perspective
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Good organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • A team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
