About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in one of our Boots Opticians stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending products to aid eye health and lifestyle, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out pre-checks on customers before eye examinations
- Order and dispense glasses and contact lenses
- Teach customers how to put in contact lenses
- Provide after-sales support through repairs and adjustments
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve store goals
- Complete operational and administrative tasks associated with store management
- Support colleagues in developing their knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service
- Experience working in retail or an optical environment (desirable)
