Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively drive sales and ensure personal targets and counter targets are met
* Raise awareness of the ELEMIS brand and educate clients on products and ranges
* Participate in promotional and PR activities to ensure success
* Ensure products prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and take into account medical contraindications
* Assist in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels to meet and exceed KPIs
* Maintain the ELEMIS counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
* Provide exceptional customer service and handle client complaints promptly

Sustainability Responsibility:

* Contribute to ELEMIS' short and long-term sustainability goals
* Be mindful of ELEMIS' sustainability pledge when ordering testers and professional grade products
* Reduce waste wherever possible when planning and executing promotional activities

Requirements:

* 3 years' strong proven track record in sales and link selling
* Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
* Proven sales record
* Passionate in achieving results in a target-driven environment
* Previous experience working with a premium skincare brand with color
* Elemis treatment and product knowledge
* Knowledge of the ELEMIS Company philosophy
