The Role
We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate and Event Host to join our team during the festive period. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a fun and festive atmosphere in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported.
- Host events and parties, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of our store, creating an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring our products are always available for customers.
- Ensure our store is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming space for customers.
- Process transactions efficiently and effectively, providing a seamless shopping experience.
- Address customer queries and concerns, providing solutions and support.
- Participate in training sessions, developing your skills and knowledge to grow professionally.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift and move products, as needed.
