The Role

We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing's Guildford Wellbeing Hub. As a key member of our sales team, you'll provide an exceptional customer experience, inspiring wellbeing in our customers. Your passion for the health and beauty industry will shine through in your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Drive sales and company objectives, working collaboratively with the team
  • Assist with daily tasks, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Support the team and store management in maintaining high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the health or beauty industry
  • Ability to work well in a team, thrive under pressure, and adapt to change
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends, with occasional late nights
