About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in Guildford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the 'fulfil from store' delivery service during our busy Christmas and Sales periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers in store
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment
  • Pack stock carefully to send out to our customers
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador

Requirements

  • Passion and enthusiasm for the Reiss product
  • A keen interest in style
  • A customer-first approach to your work
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
