The Role: Candidate Management Analyst (Front End)
We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Workday Recruitment processes, who can provide support to the Recruitment team on permanent recruitment. The role will involve overseeing and coordinating interview scheduling across the business, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and co-ordinate interview scheduling across the business
- Efficiently manage requisitions via Workday, overseeing the process from initiation to approval
- Validate requisitions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information input in required fields
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to address requisition-related enquiries
- Assist Recruiters in conducting recruitment assessments as part of the candidate evaluation process
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in candidate management, recruitment support, or a similar role, with familiarity with Workday recruiting processes and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: Stirling
