Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard nursing care in a safe and respectful environment, meeting the needs of patients while maintaining their privacy and dignity.
- Undertake routine procedures, including measuring and interpreting blood glucose levels, recording and interpreting vital signs, wound care, adult and childhood immunizations, smear tests, and various long-term condition checks and reviews.
- Carry out planned care to our patients, working within your scope of practice and providing a high standard of nursing care.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent communication.
Person Specification
- Qualified Nurse with a strong background in nursing practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
