About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Bespoke Machinery Developer to join our team at Thurlow Resource Solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on a wide range of projects, designing and developing complex automation machinery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in delivering high-quality products and services.

As a Bespoke Machinery Developer, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions within tight deadlines and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong background in CAD design and solid mechanics.

A good understanding of materials science, dynamics, and structures is essential for this role.

With excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach, you will be able to design and develop complex automation machinery that meets customer requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
