You will be responsible for prioritizing health problems, intervening in complex situations, and leading resuscitation efforts.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care, promoting clinical excellence and providing clinical advice and support to nursing and healthcare professionals.
- Prioritize health problems, intervene in complex situations, and lead resuscitation efforts.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality improvement.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to ensure quality of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Relevant professional health degree.
- Leadership experience at Band 7 or above.
- Additional leadership training.
- Appropriate therapy training or qualification.
