Radiographer / Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We're seeking a Clinical Specialist Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at The Wellington Hospital, a leading provider of complex healthcare in the UK. As a key member of our diagnostic and imaging unit, you'll be responsible for facilitating the smooth operational flow of patient studies and performing Nuclear Medicine, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT scanning procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with the Nuclear Medicine Manager and co-workers to ensure efficient patient study processing.
- Undertake all Nuclear Medicine and scanning procedures within the department.
- Perform in-vitro counting and radio-pharmacy procedures according to local protocols.
- Post-qualification experience in Clinical Nuclear Medicine Imaging and radio-pharmaceuticals dispensing techniques.
- Clinical experience in the use of Hybrid SPECT/CT gamma cameras and PET/CT systems.
- Nuclear Medicine degree or other relevant Science degree with a Post Graduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine or Medical Imaging advantageous.
