We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our boutique team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading our team of Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

  • Lead and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute in-store events that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations tasks
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
