A fantastic opportunity for an organised and diligent Property Manager to join a boutique independent lettings agency within their modern office environment. Our clients have a small, close-knit team and are looking for a Property Manager who can work within the team overseeing a portfolio of managed units.

Property Manager - Key Responsibilities

  • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Conducting mid-term inspections to ensure property compliance.
  • Organising and conducting check-outs and inventories.
  • Coordinating with contractors, obtaining quotations, issuing works orders, and processing invoices.
  • Ensuring property compliance with regulations, such as EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
  • Resolving deposit disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Managing tenancy paperwork and documentation.
  • Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
  • Providing general Property Manager support and assistance.

Property Manager - Requirements

  • Previous experience in lettings or property management is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software.
