We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support our operations at a newly acquired location. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in property management along with a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager:

  • Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with regulations during tenancy periods.
  • Address any tenant-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the creation of purchase orders, cheque requests, and credit notes.
  • Oversee credit control and the management of rent collections.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payments and receipts.
  • Log and manage maintenance requests, arranging necessary repairs and services.
  • Maintain organized administration and filing systems.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are upheld on the premises.
  • Engage in onsite sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications for the Assistant Property Manager:

  • Prior experience in the HMO or PBSA sectors is essential.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
