Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team. As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for identifying clients and organizations that are looking to hire, change or transform their existing teams. You will advise on the best route to sourcing top talent for a variety of clients and work closely with our search and selection team to find the right candidates for each role.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop relationships with clients and organizations that are looking to hire or transform their teams.
- Advise clients on the best route to sourcing top talent and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Work closely with our search and selection team to find the right candidates for each role.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage and beyond.
- Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidate.
- Provide insightful and honest career advice and market information to candidates.
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High levels of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Ability to understand and read individuals, assessing what they need through questioning and observation.
- Sales experience with a propensity to want to overcome obstacles and hurdles.
- Motivated to continually improve, grow and develop both personally and within a team.
