Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Manager to join our Europe Technology team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide administrative support to the CIO Europe and Europe Technology Leadership, ensuring seamless project management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare key meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Support project tracking and management, ensuring Europe Technology projects are up-to-date and accessible to the leadership team.
  • Manage complex mailboxes, calendars, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including EA's and Leaders across the global enterprise.
  • Perform additional tasks as required, including expenses management, invoice processing, and event planning.
About You
  • Experience in a similar role or project management is an advantage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with experience in diary management and complex travel arrangements.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate or advanced level skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible and dynamic approach.
