We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our team, working closely with our brilliant pupils to help them achieve their full potential.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and physical needs of our pupils, helping to prepare learning materials, and running classroom activities.

You will work closely with our experienced team to create a structured and engaging learning environment, tailored to the individual needs of each pupil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the emotional and physical needs of pupils with autism, learning disabilities, and/or complex needs
  • Prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, tailored to individual pupil needs
  • Work closely with the teaching team to create a structured and engaging learning environment
  • Support pupils to develop their skills and confidence, and engage with the world around them
