Sales Executive

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing enterprise accounts in the UKI region, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution sales, experience in identifying market size and focus, and the ability to penetrate new accounts. You will also be able to multi-task numerous sales cycles simultaneously while ensuring revenue goals are achieved.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage enterprise accounts in the UKI region.
- Generate leads, build relationships with prospective customers, and develop them into revenue-generating customers.
- Sell the Rapid7 platform, including Managed Security Services.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in full-cycle new business sales within a cybersecurity company selling SaaS platform solutions and ideally managed services.
- Customer-centric approach to sales, understanding customer needs and drivers, with the ability to handle objections and remove barriers.
**Salary & Benefits:**
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
