Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Work with our clients from initial inquiry through to completion, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, valuations, and financial service appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and client care throughout the process, building strong relationships and trust with our clients.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in a sales environment and be eager to move into estate agency, with a strong understanding of the property market and its nuances.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and resilient attitude, are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong organizational abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required, as well as a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
