Trainee Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in all aspects of estate agency, including property valuations, viewings, and sales negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating and booking valuations
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
