Trainee Estate Agent
At Burchell Edwards, we are expanding our successful Erdington office due to our performance and increase in market share. We are looking for an individual with the desire to drive a career in estate agency to join our team.
A Quick Look at the Role
In this role, you will be helping people find their dream home. You will be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales. You will also be optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and Experience Required to be a Successful Estate Agent
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
