Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Timely Payment Coordinator to join our team at Cedar. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate cash collection and account management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate timely collections of funds from clients and external partners.
  • Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Regularly assess sales ledger accounts to minimize credit risk exposure.
  • Efficiently resolve customer disputes to prevent delayed payments.
  • Produce and distribute daily cash receipt reports to relevant teams.
  • Maintain compliance with credit policies and other regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to process additional service invoices.
  • Provide detailed financial reports to support management decision-making.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting software is beneficial.

Salary Range: £33,000 per annum.
