Project Coordinator for Financial Payments

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Project Coordinator to join our team to support Project Managers on several payment projects for an international financial client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Managers through note taking, requirement gathering, helping with prioritisation, budgets, and coordination.
  • Delegate tasks to other team members and supervise their implementation.
  • Assist in educating the project team on quality standards and regulations.
  • Project quality management.
  • Contribute to documenting the progress of the project and generate reports.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and regulations, ensuring the payment projects align with the latest standards.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable 2-3 years proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the payments or financial services sector.
  • Educated to a Degree level in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or finance.
  • Certification in Project Management (CAPM) is desirable.
  • Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service and technical skills.
  • Experience working in the financial sector, especially in payments, is desirable.
