The Global Payments Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily interactions with banks and alternative payment providers, collaborating closely with the Global Head of Banking and Network Relationships and regional heads. In this role, you will manage the due diligence process, onboarding procedures, and account openings with our banking partners globally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary liaison for financial institutions and payment providers, overseeing account opening, due diligence, network compliance, service monitoring, and pricing conditions globally.
  2. Lead the due diligence process for new banking and partner relationships, coordinating documentation and responses while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  3. Manage the onboarding and account opening process with banking partners, collaborating with internal teams across regions to compile necessary documents, complete applications, and submit them for approval within established timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bank, payments, or fintech company in Europe, with knowledge of payments and banking.
  • Possess an analytical and data-driven approach to managing our partners and are comfortable addressing optimization challenges.
  • Interest in digital companies and fintech, along with knowledge of marketplace and platform business models.
  • Proficient in key tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive monthly salary paid in line with experience: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
  • Vacation, sick and paid holidays.
  • Full-time: 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday days off).
