We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Weybridge, Surrey. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our care home.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are met. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and palliative care.
- Lead the care team in delivering exceptional care, ensuring that all residents receive the highest standards of care.
- Conduct regular assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current active NMC Pin.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Competitive salary up to £22.71 per hour.
- Annual salary up to £51,960.48 per annum.
