- Take responsibility for the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
- Ability to lead a team of care staff.
- Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
- A team player who engages well with others.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards.
- Demonstrate an understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the role.
- Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.
- Excellent salary up to £22.71 per hour and annual salary up to £51,960.48.
