We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Weybridge, Surrey. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of care staff.
- Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and national care standards.
- Competitive salary up to £22.71 per hour.
- Annual salary up to £51,960.48 per annum.
