SalaryWe are offering a competitive salary of £24,790 - £25,183 per annum (pro-rata). This reflects our commitment to providing fair compensation for your hard work and dedication.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tenancy Assistant. You will be responsible for completing tenancy checks and updating the national database in accordance with the requirements of the Audit Commission tenancy fraud initiative.
- Create rent and sundry accounts within our housing management IT software to ensure payments can be processed.
- Be proactive in the prevention and control of former tenants' arrears by taking prompt recovery action in line with our policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, experience of working with software applications including Microsoft Office, and the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload with minimum supervision.
