Sales Ledger Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our finance team at Synergem Recruitment in Leeds.
As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the Billing / Sales Invoice process and providing additional support to the Sales Ledger finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering the sales process with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Amending Sales Ledger contracts in the financial system to ensure seamless operations
- Producing and distributing Sales Ledger invoices and statements to customers in a timely manner
- Matching and posting customer payments to maintain accurate financial records
- Setting up new Sales Ledger accounts on the system to facilitate efficient customer management
- Liaising with customers to resolve Sales Invoice queries and provide exceptional customer service
- Supporting the accounts team during busy periods and covering in times of absence to ensure continuity
- Contributing to the improvement of our processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity
This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant who possesses excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
