About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Greenwich, South London. As a Specialist Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils with ASD, providing individualized support and developing personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and de-escalate challenging behavior. You will be responsible for supervising pupils' behavior, assisting with personal care if needed, and supporting their learning development.
