Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and efficient processing

Requirements
- Secondary education or equivalent commercial experience
- Experience in phone-based business-to-business customer service, preferably in a specialist team
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office, SAP, and CRM
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
