At Boden, we are seeking a highly skilled Buying Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Buying department, you will be responsible for driving divisional strategy, working across all departments to ensure key KPIs, sales, and margin are achieved.

As a Buying Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-level overview of our product ranges, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive departmental product strategy
  • Constantly improve ranges and drive sales and profit
  • Understand our brand and our customer in all our trading regions
  • Use information from customer insight and market research to improve the ranges
  • Understand the economic landscape and take appropriate action
  • Understand social and fashion trends and take appropriate action
  • Identify range opportunities and address with speed
  • Critique and constantly improve processes

Requirements:

  • Excellent product & customer knowledge with a commercial mindset
  • Strong successful experience within Buying & managing teams
  • 5 years' experience as Senior Manager
