About the Role

The Buying Manager at Boden is a key member of our team, responsible for driving divisional strategy and working across all departments to achieve key KPIs, sales, and margin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative product strategies to deliver sales growth across all markets
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for current season and future
  • Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical, and Sourcing counterparts to drive business results
  • Manage departmental budgets and mitigate risks to profit
  • Lead a dynamic, motivated, and high-performing team

Requirements

  • Excellent product and customer knowledge with a commercial mindset
  • Strong successful experience within Buying and managing teams
  • 5 years' experience as Senior Manager
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and results-focused
  • Excellent at prioritizing business needs
